TOXBASE(R) is a clinical toxicology database produced by the UK National Poisons Information Service. 

Toxbase provides advice on features and management of over 14000 agents and is currently available to approved subscibers in Irish hospitals. In addition, a new TOXBASE(R) app has been produced for iphone/ipad and android devices. It allows access to over 1000 toxicology monographs and is available to purchase on itunes and Google play.
